My HP Credential Manager has suddenly stopped logging to Windows Explorer. In the Services page, Microsoft login is faded and I can't activate it. Also, I'm not able to change to administrator as user. It gets back to all users. Can you help?

If Credential Manager for HP ProtectTools is not working properly anymore, remove it from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run Glary Utilities or CCleaner and download and install its latest version. After that, use the official user guide to configure the utility. If you still have issues, I suggest you contact HP Support team.
